Fuzor 1.6: How to use Light Report with Photometric webs  XML

Creating a Light Report:
Step 1: Navigate to "Measurement Tools" tab under "Tool Controls" tab.
Step 2: Click "Reports" button.


Notice the UI There is a list of current "Light Report Batches", "List of Rooms" for file and "Settings".


Step 3: There is two ways of choosing a room for light report, 1: choose from anything in the List of rooms 2: click a wall in a room and room will be automatically chosen.


Step 4: Adjust advanced setting to anything you would like.


Step 5: Once you have chosen the correct room and correct settings click "Add" button and your batch will be added under "Light Report Batch" section. The yellow box on the left allows user to check the batches that they would like to use. The yellow box on the right allows user to delete a batch.


Step 6: Now that you have the batch(es) that you would like to generate simply click the "Generate" button.


Step 7: User can choose where to save light report.


Step 8: Now on Fuzor this screen will appear. Fuzor will keep a progress status and shut down when light report is completed.


Step 9: Light report will automatically pop up.

Using photometrics web for light report:

Step 1: Navigate to "Measurement Tools" tab under "Tool Controls" tab.


Step 2: Turn "Photometric Web Visibility to on.


Step 3: Observe that all lights will have to photometric Webs visible.


Note: In the occasion that photometric lights are offset or in the wrong position user can adjust light using the following steps.

Step 1: Click on a light fixture, in BIM box click "Adjust light" button.


Step 2: In "Light Controls" UI click "Refit" button.
Note: User can choose to refit all family instances by checking the box labeled "Apply Change To All Family Instances."



Step 3: Use arrows to move photometric web to desired location and click finish.


Step 4: Create a light report as seen above.
