Fuzor Collaboration Viewer
Collaboration Viewers allow the users without a full Fuzor license to join a real time collaboration session. The host can generate unlimited viewers and host unlimited real time collaboration sessions. The number of joiners in one real time collaboration session depends on the number of license the host has. Only Fuzor Ultimate and Fuzor VDC have the feature of hosting a collaboration session.
Step 1: In the main menu under Collaboration, click “Collaboration Viewer Keys”
Step 2: Add your collaboration key in the designated box. Click “Add Key”. The Collaboration Viewer Keys box is where you can manage all your collaboration keys and check how many designated Users you have.
How to Generate a Collaboration Viewer
Step 1: In the main menu under Collaboration, click “Viewer Generation”.
Optional: For the Fuzor Virtual Design Construction, the Construction Timeline can be included so your 4D simulation can be played in the viewer.
Optional: You have the option to add a Custom Splash Screen before you export the viewer. Just click choose Splash first and select the background you would like. Fuzor will save this splash screen as your default.
Step 2: Now you have entered your Collaboration key, the “Create Collab Viewer” button should be available to select.
Step 3: Save this viewer on your desktop and share this with the person you would like to collaborate with.
Note: Please keep in mind that only the computer that generated the collaboration viewer can host the collaboration session with the viewer.
Peer-to-Peer Collaboration with a Collaboration Viewer
Step1: Once your collaborator is ready to join a session, open Fuzor to drag and drop the same collaboration viewer you generated.
Step 2: In the main menu under Collaboration, click “Peer-to-peer”.
Step 3: Host a Collaboration session after choosing the method of connection - Internet, LAN or Direct IP.
Step 4: Share the session code with the collaborator..
Step 5: Fuzor will ask the Host if you would like to authorize the user to Connect. Each attendee will consume one Collaboration Viewer Seat while the collaboration is in session. These seats are available again after the current collaboration session has ended.
Step 6: If you have more than multiple seats available, then all the users can join in a single Peer-to-peer collaboration session.
