Standalone Viewer EXE Issue  XML

When a client is trying to open a Fuzor standalone exe file they are getting a message that says "The code execution cannot proceed because X3DAudio1_7.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. I searched on my machine and find this file in a number of locations. Is there a way to tell which file path the program is referencing, and if there are other files that are needed and/or an easier remedy? Thanks in advance!

Hello,

The programs that need to be installed to fix that error are the Microsoft c++ tools and the directX tools. They can be found at the following links

?Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64): http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632
?DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displayLang=en&id=35

The installers should automatically remove any older revisions so you shouldn't have to worry about paths or anything like that.

If you need more help fixing the problem reach out here on the forums, by phone at (760) 448-6929, or by email at erika@kalloctech.com so we can get everything working correctly for you.

Best,
